**The Role**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers through phone, chat, and email interactions. You'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing solutions to issues in a timely and professional manner.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, chat, and email interactions
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Use problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or customer support environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
* Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Reliable high-speed internet and a typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Certification in customer service or a related field

**Schedule**
* Monday-Friday 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM Pacific (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Eastern)
* Weekends 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific (12:00 PM - 8:00 PM Eastern)
* Revolving evenings, nights, and weekends availability is needed due to increase of staffed hours
