Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely customer service to clients who have questions about our products and services, including websites and marketing materials.
- Handle complex escalated inquiries from clients with patience, empathy, and understanding.
- Record and maintain detailed notes about interactions with clients to ensure that their concerns are addressed and resolved.
- Report bugs and other issues on our platforms to our developers to facilitate prompt resolution.
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and provide feedback to management on customer experience.
- Efficiently solve a ticket backlog with quality information and service, while exercising patience, empathy, and understanding on every call and every email.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with our products, services, and industry developments.
- Perform all other duties as assigned to support the success of our team.
Essential Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency and fluency in speaking, understanding, reading, and writing English.
- Typing speed of 50+ words per minute to efficiently manage customer interactions.
