As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional service. **What You'll Do** As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Completing daily tasks related to account processing, object processing, direct bills, and budget transfers * Coordinating return objects with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions * Assisting various departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and associated accounting standard ledger balancing * Working member cases/assignments * Following and preserving guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws * Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, financial ruin, and payoff exams * Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products * Logging, studying, and making important GL, account changes, and/or returns * Processing Stop Pays and Check Batching * Completing daily balancing and department closing * Obtaining information from contributors for the timely and correct processing of international and domestic budget switch requests * Researching and affirming incoming and outgoing budget switch information * Communicating with the seller to process budget transfers * Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming budget switch laws * Depositing check returns, studying member again exams on draft changes, processing member exams, affirming contributors for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers * Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, overseas collections, and prison fees **What You'll Need for Success** **Minimum Qualifications** * High school degree or GED * Intermediate Excel and Word experience **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous customer/member service experience * Previous banking or Credit Union experience * Episys/Symitar and processing wires **Skills, Licenses, and Certifications** * Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) won through both work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the software * Ability to work prolonged hours in aid of business needs * Ability to work extremely good customer service skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and feature as an essential part of a team * Ability to perform mathematical calculations and examine data * Ability to efficiently prioritize work and meet time limits under high volume pressure * Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within department * Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and contributors * Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision * Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and ability for interest to detail * Ability to efficiently prioritize work and meet time limits * Ability to preserve excellent performance and attendance * Must pass relevant arenaflex and Credit Union pre-employment compliance exams **Why arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth, learning, and innovation.
