**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
* Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
* Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
* Strive to meet and go above personal and team target goals
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
* Up-sell if needed
* Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
**Customer Service Job Requirements and Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Basic computer skills and experience
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

* Bachelor's Degree holder
