**Key Responsibilities**
As a remote customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilizing technology, including computer applications and software, to manage customer interactions and data
* Maintaining accurate records and reports of customer interactions and issues
* Collaborating with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and resolution goals
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
**Schedule**
We offer flexible work schedule options to accommodate your needs and preferences. **Earnings & Revenue**
As an independent contractor, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $19 per hour, with pay determined by your phone call status when assisting customers. Additional incentives are available based on client and performance metrics, providing opportunities for growth and increased earnings.

**Technology & Equipment Requirements**

* A wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
* High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
* Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
* Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
* A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app
**Work Environment Requirements**
To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need:

**Contractual Relationship**
The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
