**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing courteous and efficient customer support via phone, email, and chat during the busy tax season
* Answering questions regarding tax filing, products, services, and account information
* Assisting customers in troubleshooting issues related to their tax filings or software
* Documenting and tracking customer interactions and issues in our support system
* Meeting performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response time, and first-call resolution
* Maintaining a positive and professional attitude even during high-demand periods
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Reliability and dependability, especially during high-demand periods leading up to and after Tax Day
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Comfortable working independently in a remote work environment
* Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
* Ability to stay calm and collected when dealing with customers who may be experiencing stress
* Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
* Ability to commit to working during the tax season peak periods (February through April)
