Job Summary: What You'll Do
As an Airbnb Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls. You'll work in a high-energy environment, leveraging leading technologies and systems to resolve customer inquiries and issues. Your primary goal will be to deliver world-class customer experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls from Airbnb customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and issues.
- Listen actively to customers, leveraging probing question skills to understand their concerns and provide personalized support.
- Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests, working to reduce churn and maintain customer loyalty.
- Utilize your sales skills to identify opportunities for growth and upselling, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Collaborate with your team and leaders to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and company policies to provide informed support and solutions.
Requirements and Qualifications: What You Bring
To succeed as an Airbnb Customer Service Representative, you'll need:
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong multitasking abilities.
- A proven track record of hitting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and experience in customer service and sales.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work from home, with excellent internet connectivity (2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download speeds).
- A smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, with the ability to download our company app.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
