We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team in Manassas, VA. As a key member of our dispatch team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound phone calls, scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department, and maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team.
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Handle inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department
* Maintain our customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
* Make daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians to confirm appointments and resolve any issues
* Route technicians based on location, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
* Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure seamless communication and a positive customer experience
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Work closely with the Residential Department to resolve customer complaints and concerns
**Schedule:**
* Wednesday: In-office work at our Chantilly location from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
* Monday-Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) (not on Wednesday)
**Qualifications:**
* Previous call center experience (at least 1 year)
* Ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
* Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
* Ability to accurately document information into our customer database (Service Titan)
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
**Remote Work Requirements:**
* High-speed internet connection
* Quiet workspace with minimal background noise
* arenaflex will provide a laptop and cell phone, but you must provide your own equipment and ensure a reliable internet connection
