Our purpose is to inspire and empower our customers to unleash their creativity, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our team. **Job Summary:** We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Retail Service Team Member to join our team at our SAN ANGELO, TX store location. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, helping customers shop our store, and finding what they're looking for. You'll also be responsible for ensuring all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience, and completing various merchandise duties throughout the store. **Key Responsibilities:** * Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions to meet their creative needs * Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience, executing cash handling to standards and ensuring accuracy and efficiency * Engage customers on the benefits of our Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, and complete enrollments as needed * Educate customers on our Voice of Customer (VOC) survey and encourage feedback to help us improve our services * Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), to ensure seamless customer experiences * Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes to maintain a well-merchandised and in-stock store * Responsible for completing merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the merchandise return/go back process and general store recovery * Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned to ensure optimal inventory levels and visual merchandising * Support shrink and safety programs to prevent losses and ensure a safe working environment * Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements * Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, remaining positive and respectful even in difficult situations, and promote commitment to our organization's vision and values * Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production to provide expert advice and services to customers **Preferred Qualifications:** * Retail and/or customer service experience preferred * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues * Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling and inventory management * Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment * Availability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings as needed **Physical Requirements:** * Ability to remain standing for long periods of time * Ability to move throughout the store * Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching * Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment * If you need help performing these essential functions of your job, please contact your supervisor so that we may engage in the interactive process with you to determine if a reasonable accommodation is available. **Work Environment:** * Public retail store setting taking care of our customers; all public areas are climate controlled; some stock rooms may not be climate controlled; some outdoor work if assigned to retrieve shopping carts or while unloading trucks * Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press * Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings **Benefits:** * At arenaflex, we prioritize the wellbeing of our teams by providing robust benefits for both full-time and part-time Team Members * Our benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), paid time off, tuition assistance, generous employee discounts, and much more * For more information, visit mikbenefits.com **Equal Opportunity Employer:** * arenaflex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals * We will assure that people with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodations * If a reasonable accommodation is required to fully participate in the job application or interview process, to perform the essential functions of the job, and/or to receive all other benefits and privileges of employment, please contact Customer Care at 1-800-642-4235 (1800-MICHAEL) **How to Apply:** If you're passionate about creativity and customer service, and are looking for a dynamic and rewarding career opportunity, apply now to join our team at arenaflex!
