Job Summary

The Customer Service Specialist will perform a wide range of customer service and collection duties, utilizing their knowledge of all areas of Patient Financial Services to resolve patient inquiries, post payments, set up payment plans, and research and resolve account issues. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, able to provide empathetic and professional support to our patients, while also meeting collection goals and partnering with other departments to resolve customer service issues.
