About the Role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team reporting to a Supervisor, Customer Experience, starting in November 2023. You will be responsible for responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls, working with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment, and using a computer and multiple computer programs to resolve customers' challenges. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15.80, with three automatic raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $17.00 per hour. You'll also have the opportunity to earn additional flexibility to work from home up to 5 days a week and participate in a bidding process for alternate work shifts.
