**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Building strong relationships with other team members and departments, providing excellent internal customer service to optimize service to all external clients
* Providing professional and courteous customer service to external customers via phone and email
* Answering customer inquiries, researching issues, and providing effective resolutions to client issues and concerns
* Documenting issues, action steps, and outcomes of customer inquiries
* Documenting and processing change requests promptly and efficiently
* Completing supply/product order requests
* Making outbound calls to existing customers providing them with information about new products and services
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* High School Diploma required; Associate's degree or additional education preferred
* 2+ years of customer service experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills
* Proven ability and desire to provide exceptional customer service
* Ability to present a professional image via phone; superb phone etiquette skills
* Excellent research and problem-resolution skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite programs
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
* Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Experience with data entry and record-keeping
