We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our night shift team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, concerns, and providing information through inbound and outbound phone calls. **Key Responsibilities**
* Assist customers in placing online orders and provide support through phone calls
