As we continue to grow and expand our team, we're seeking a talented and experienced Customer Support and Sales Lead to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our community.
About the Role
As our ideal candidate, you will be the central point of communication with our members and prospective members, embodying the spirit of customer success and sales excellence. This is a hands-on role that requires a unique blend of exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for building meaningful relationships. You will be the voice of blithequark, championing the concerns and perspectives of our members, while also driving sales efforts to ensure our Chapters are always fully booked.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of Tribe Support, managing the department, overseeing email communication, and being the champion/voice for our members to the rest of the team
- Help accepted applicants make informed decisions about joining our community and ensure a seamless onboarding experience
- Advise members on the best Chapters for their journey, addressing concerns and providing personalized support
- Develop member-facing documentation, PDFs, and communications to keep the community informed about updates and initiatives
- Set aside time to make impactful, long-term improvements and carefully document all processes within your department
Who We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should be a skilled customer experience manager with 1-2 years of experience in customer happiness and success. You should be able to understand and empathize with our members, particularly those who are new to our community and lifestyle. A strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a natural talent for sales are essential for this position.
Essential Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in customer happiness and success

- Ideally, experience with design tools and basic design skills
