**Key Responsibilities**
As an experienced customer support representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex's clients via phone, chat, tickets, or outbound phone calls
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards
* Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and policies
**Technology and Equipment Requirements**
To ensure seamless communication and connectivity, you'll need:
* A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
* A wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
* High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity (mobile home internet or satellite internet service is not permitted)
* Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
* A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app
* Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system (some clients may accept Apple OS)
