As an independent contractor, you'll be part of a dynamic community that values collaboration, innovation, and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** As an experienced customer support representative, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex's clients via phone, chat, tickets, or outbound phone calls * Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues * Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues * Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards * Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and policies **Technology and Equipment Requirements** To ensure seamless communication and connectivity, you'll need: * A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted) * A wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication * High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity (mobile home internet or satellite internet service is not permitted) * Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed * A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app * Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system (some clients may accept Apple OS) **Work Environment Requirements** To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need: * A quiet, uninterrupted space * An organized desk area * A dedicated workspace with minimal distractions **Home Office Locations Not Approved** Please note that the following locations are not approved for home offices: * Alaska * Allenspark, Colorado * California * Coal Creek Canyon, Colorado * Connecticut * Delaware * Denver, Colorado * Edgewater, Colorado * Eldora, Colorado * Eldorado Springs, Colorado * Flagstaff, Arizona * Gold Hill, Colorado * Gunbarrel, Colorado * Hawaii * Hygiene, Colorado * Illinois * Maine * Massachusetts * Maryland * Minneapolis, Minnesota * New Jersey * New York * Niwot, Colorado * Oregon * Rhode Island * St. Paul, Minnesota * Tucson, Arizona * Virginia * Vermont * Washington * Washington DC **Contractual Relationship** As an independent contractor, you'll have a contractual relationship with arenaflex.
