**Job Summary**
We're looking for experienced customer service professionals to join our team as Customer Support Representatives. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve their issues, provide training, and ensure they have a positive experience with our parking app.
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* Answering customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner
* Resolving customer issues and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner
* Providing customer training and support to ensure they have a seamless experience with our parking app
* Identifying and escalating complex issues to senior support team members
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and features to provide accurate information to customers
* Adhering to arenaflex's quality standards and customer service policies
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer support skills and knowledge
**Qualifications**
To be successful as a Customer Support Representative, you'll need:
* 1 year of customer service or customer support experience
* 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required
* Technical savvy and ability to learn new systems and software quickly
* Previous remote work from home experience a plus
* Quick learner and able to work independently
* Type 35 words per minute accurately
* Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
* A background check applicable with state and federal laws is required
**Equipment and Software Requirements**
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll need to have:
* A reliable computer with a processor: Intel Core i5 5200 Series or greater
* 8GB of RAM on Windows 8.1 / 10 64 bits
* A screen resolution of 1280x768 or higher, dual monitors required
* A USB headset
* Up-to-date antivirus software installed on the platform and a recent scan completed
* Firewall enabled
**Work Environment and Schedule**
As a remote Customer Support Representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from home in the state of Iowa. You'll be required to have a dedicated workspace with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection. arenaflex will provide equipment for full-time employees, while part-time employees will need to provide their own equipment and workspace.
**Pay and Benefits**
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll enjoy:
* Starting pay: $13-$14 pending shift/hours, plus shift differential (extra $1/hr nights & wkds) and possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance
* Stay put bonus of $150 after 30 days and $150 after 60 days as long as in good standing
* Shifts between 6:00am-11:00pm (CST); Work Days: M-F & Every Other Wkd or Every Saturday
* 8 or 10 hr shifts/rotating days on/off
* Some set schedule 10 hour shift options available from 12:30pm-11p either Wed/Thur/Fri/Sat or Sun/Mon/Tues/Wed
* Paid Training - typically 2 weeks in length from 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri (CST)
* Status: Full Time; 40 hours, Benefit eligible 1st of month after 60 days
* Part Time: 20-30 hours (min of 20 hrs, must participate in BYOD option)
