**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Representative & Social Media Engagement Specialist, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through social media engagement. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Answering and making customer calls to provide product application guidance, step-by-step assistance, and support with order placement
* Troubleshooting and resolving product or application issues, concerns, and complaints
* Meticulously documenting and updating customer follow-up records
* Collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional customer service
* Managing social media advertising and engagement, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics
* Developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure optimal performance and results

**Job Type**

**Pay**
