Job Overview

As a Customer Technical Service Representative at blithequark, you will serve as the primary technical contact for our customers, providing process assistance, material support, and technical problem resolution to ensure the efficient runability of our products in customer facilities. You will work closely with our sales team to respond to customer issues, manage relationships, and recommend product options to meet customer needs. Your expertise will be instrumental in troubleshooting and analyzing materials, documenting customer issues and resolutions, and testing samples to identify additional opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in packaging, engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in flexible packaging production, maintenance, or packaging machine production. A Bachelor's degree in packaging, engineering, or a comparable field is preferred. You should also have experience in the flexible packaging industry, particularly in meat, cheese, or pet food packaging, as well as knowledge of printing and converting industry equipment.
