Key Responsibilities

• Connect directly with veterinary clinics to obtain prescription approvals, resolve customer issues, and clarify order requests
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues to determine appropriate solutions for customers and center partners, and follow up on a case-by-case basis to resolve issues
• Complete data entry of prescriptions into blithequark's healthcare software with accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain a high level of quality through data entry and order processing of veterinary pharmacy orders
• Work with empathy, understanding, patience, and kindness to customers and partners alike, providing exceptional customer service and support
• Communicate effectively with veterinary clinics via phone, using blithequark's internal program and systems to navigate arrangements and record center note accounts
• Expect to make outbound veterinary clinic/client phone contacts on a regular basis, using strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and provide support

Essential Qualifications

• 2 years of experience working in a customer or healthcare-focused environment
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
• Ability to multitask (e.g., chat on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes)
• Work with ownership, be a self-starter, and demonstrate attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
• High school education or equivalent
• Ability to obtain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy (if applicable)
