Job Overview

As a Data Entry and Design Technician at blithequark, you will be responsible for creating new items in our system, participating in the transfer of items between plants, documenting production modifications and solutions, and organizing activities by service levels to effectively meet the needs of your unit. You will work closely with cross-functional departments, ensuring that all tasks are completed with high accuracy and consistency. Key Responsibilities

• Create new items in the system that were quoted and created for production to become finished goods products, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Participate in the transfer of items between plants, ensuring accurate and timely movement of products, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise.
• Document production modifications and solutions by adding comments to the item and updating the Sharepoint knowledge library, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Organize all activities by service levels to effectively and efficiently meet the needs of your unit, prioritizing tasks and managing your time to achieve maximum productivity.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders and business partners associated with your activities, building strong relationships and communicating effectively to ensure that all needs are met.

Essential Qualifications

• Experience in data entry or administrative tasks, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze data and ensure that tasks are completed with high accuracy and consistency, using your analytical skills to identify areas for improvement.
• Strong communicator and team player who works effectively with cross-functional departments, building strong relationships and collaborating to achieve common goals.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented approach to work, ensuring that all items are accurately created, updated, and documented, and that all tasks are completed to a high standard.

Preferred Qualifications

• College studies in Administration or Information Technology, or a related field, with a strong foundation in data management and analysis.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
• Familiarity with SAP, Power Automate, and Sharepoint, with experience using these systems to manage data and collaborate with stakeholders.
