Key Responsibilities

• Monitor for any variances requiring validation to ensure accuracy, and verify entered data for accuracy through review and correction.
• Interpret P&ID drawings and perform iso correlation for piping entry, demonstrating a strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
• Record UT readings accurately and reflect the correct specifications, maintaining precise records and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Verify entered data for accuracy through review and correction, ensuring that all information is reliable and up-to-date.
• Create inspection isometrics in AutoCAD (2D), utilizing your technical skills and knowledge of software applications to produce high-quality drawings and diagrams.

Essential Qualifications

• Experience with IDMS Software such as PCMS, Meridian, and others, demonstrating a strong understanding of data management systems and software applications.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics, science, and technical subjects.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to utilize software applications to analyze data, create reports, and communicate with team members.
• Experience in Refinery or Plant inspection, or NDT experience is a plus, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry operations and technical procedures.
• Ability to work in a seated position for prolonged periods, with the physical and mental stamina to focus on detailed tasks and maintain productivity throughout the workday.

• Familiarity with various Asset Integrity IDMS software platforms, demonstrating a strong understanding of data management systems and software applications.
