We're seeking an experienced District Leader, RX to join our team and play a critical role in cultivating a culture of clinical and business excellence in retail pharmacies across their market.
The District Leader, RX is a pivotal position that oversees the clinical and business performance of up to 18 retail pharmacies, with an average team headcount of 200 reports. As a licensed Pharmacist and inspiring coach, you'll be responsible for building and developing a team of Pharmacy Managers who deliver unparalleled care and patient connection. You'll partner with your team to drive business success, launch new products and services, and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory guidelines.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and develop your team. You'll also require excellent business acumen, with a deep understanding of the retail pharmacy landscape and the ability to drive business growth. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you'll be working closely with Pharmacy Managers, colleagues, and customers.
