**Key Responsibilities**
As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling inbound and outbound calls from clients and members of unions and associations
* Setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
* Utilizing basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and perform quality control tasks
* Participating in leadership development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Good verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with people and groups
* Excellent customer relation and communication skills, with a positive attitude and great energy
* Basic computer knowledge and the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
* Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
