Job Summary

As a Finance Rotational Partner, you will play a critical role in driving financial solutions and growth within our organization. You will work closely with various internal client groups, including retail operations, consumer products, and global businesses, to develop analysis and drive solutions for growth. This is a unique opportunity to rotate through four distinct finance or accounting functions, including US Retail Finance, Corporate Finance, Treasury, and Accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal client groups to develop analysis and drive solutions for growth
• Prepare financial statements, assist with month-end and quarter-end close processes, and develop forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis for four distinct finance or accounting functions
• Share progress updates and receive regular guidance from senior finance leadership
• Build relationships across the finance organization
• Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a certified undergraduate or master's program in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Major in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Financial acumen and ability to translate data into insights
• Strong work ethic and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
