As a strategic leader, you'll play a key role in securing new business, driving new category growth, and managing our pipeline of renewals through building content, effective stewardship materials, and other commercial tools. If you're a solution-oriented individual who thrives in ambiguity and is comfortable with "white space," we'd love to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead all growth/customer marketing related activities for the new Business Development COE, including developing and executing strategic plans to drive new business and category growth * Build strategic relationships with C-Suite marketing executives at top customers in the pipeline, representing the voice of customers in how arenaflex brands and capabilities can best serve their needs * Serve as team lead with internal stakeholders to secure support for Business Development project needs, including Insights, Digital, Brand, Assets, Commercial, and other teams * Support strategic development of customer stewardship materials to provide improved support of efforts being led by other arenaflex customer teams * Provide customer insights to brand, integrated marketing, innovation, and strategy teams, and identify when additional customer marketing research may be required to position arenaflex to win new business or retain existing customers * Identify key trends and gaps within our value bundle, and connect with internal subject matter experts to develop solutions and commercialize best practices * Create a communication plan for internal senior leaders that stewards marketing strategies using various tools to gain alignment, such as newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, face-to-face meetings, video conferencing, and more * Build impactful relationships through industry engagements and partnerships **Qualifications & Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience * 10+ years of experience in marketing, agency, or equivalent years of CPG experience, preferably with background/experience working with Foodservice customers * Functional skills: + Customer Marketing or Shopper Marketing experience, ideally within FSOP + Demonstrated ability to develop unique and compelling beverage partnership strategies + Strong communication and influencing skills + Comfortable leading through complex, long-term projects + Strong problem-solving skills, solution orientation + Thrive in ambiguity + Planning and organizing + Capable of leading through change + Fast and agile learner **What We Offer** * Challenging work: Our unique global system offers constant opportunities to develop world-class skills and a truly international career * Iconic brand: Work on the most recognized brand in the world and be part of developing the brand's next chapter * Exposure to world-class leaders: Availability to global marketing leaders that will expand your network and expose you to emerging digital platforms and marketing insights **Skills** * Brand Positioning * Channel Management * Competitor Analysis * Creative Briefs * Digital Media Strategy * Group Problem Solving * Local Advertising * Marketing Activation * Marketing Strategies * Media Planning * Shopper Marketing * Social Media Strategies * Sponsorships * SWOT Analysis **Compensation & Benefits** * Competitive salary: $175,000 - $201,000 * Full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position * Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 30 **Why Join arenaflex?** We're a company that's committed to making a difference in the world.
