**Job Summary**
As a Client Achievement Director, you will be responsible for leading the way in delivering exceptional client experiences, driving business growth, and improving end-client satisfaction. You will work closely with a team of 6-10 Client Achievement Supervisors to develop, implement, and continuously improve processes and strategies that support our seller partners and Amazon's vast client base. Your expertise, relationship-building skills, and analytical abilities will be essential in fostering a trusted advisory relationship with our seller partners, guiding them to achieve their key and strategic objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Act as the primary resource and internal advocate for merchant issues, questions, requests, escalations, and concerns
* Identify, prompt, and execute key seller needs across marketing, advertising, and supply chain management
* Interact with various stakeholders to develop product messaging on Amazon.com, monitor inventory stock positions, and track sales performance
* Analyze data from various sources and present insights to merchants on trends and opportunities
* Provide support and key business proposals while working with internal teams to ensure functional execution
* Create and deliver reports to sellers tailored to their needs and key growth objectives
* Educate sellers on tools, solutions, processes, and relevant learning experiences through Amazon programs and products
* Pitch special opportunities to assist sellers in driving revenue growth to meet their YoY objectives
* Collaborate with multiple internal partners to issue resolve, surface defects, extract and analyze data, and drive continuous improvement for merchants and the organization
* Recognize, address, and scale process enhancements across the team and broader organization
* Manage testing account objectives, issues, and tasks
**Essential Capabilities**
* Experience with Microsoft Excel
* Experience analyzing data and best practices to evaluate performance drivers
* 3+ years of professional work experience
* Data analysis experience including managing large datasets from complex systems and interpreting results
* Experience creating and implementing procedures
* Experience influencing partners
* Proficient in Excel
* Strong time management, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to build professional relationships
* Experience quickly adapting to change and managing ambiguity
**Preferred Capabilities**
* 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, marketing, purchasing, supply chain management, transportation, procurement, customer service, or consulting
* 3+ years in related industries, such as retail, hospitality, technology, consumer electronics, home goods, sporting goods, scientific products, industrial products, or telecommunications
* Experience with scientific and efficiency tools including or like: Scene, Salesforce, Microsoft OneNote, SharePoint, and Prophet Business Insight
* E-commerce experience
* Data analysis experience
* Demonstrated ability to learn tools and processes then effectively utilizing them to provide support
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and needs in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Demonstrated history of taking ownership and driving results
* Strong integrity
* Excellent critical thinking skills
