We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Supervisor to join our team and lead our crisis hotline services.
**Job Summary:**
The Crisis Hotline is the first point of contact and representation of arenaflex by phone to the public, clients, community, and providers. Calls, texts, and chats coming into arenaflex's main crisis number and 988 National Suicide Crisis Lifeline are answered by Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHP's) 24/7, including holidays. As a Licensed Supervisor, you will provide direct clinical support to clinicians, administrative and personnel support, review chats and texts, assist with training, and provide on-call clinical support to staff as needed.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide direct clinical support to clinicians answering calls, chats, and texts, including crisis intervention services and risk assessments.
* Provide administrative and personnel support to clinicians, including reviewing chats and texts and documenting front-line clinicians' work.
* Assist with training as needed to ensure that clinicians are equipped to provide high-quality crisis intervention services.
* Provide on-call clinical support to staff as needed, ensuring that clinicians have the support they need to provide effective crisis intervention services.
* Answer calls, chats, and texts as needed, providing crisis intervention services and risk assessments.
* Work closely with a multitude of community partners, including but not limited to APD, TCSO, medical facilities, and schools.

**Education and Qualifications:**
* Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or a related field.
* Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
* Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Bilingual.
* Crisis, customer service experience.
**Work Schedule:**
* Full-time position with a regular, predictable attendance requirement.
* Work hours: 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
* Workdays: Wednesday - Saturday.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
* Salary: $75,012.08 - $95,632.16 annually based on years of licensure, plus an additional 10% crisis stipend.
