You will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including Technical Account Managers (TAMs), Sales and Solutions Architects, to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet our clients' needs. Your primary focus will be on resolving complex technical issues, providing training and guidance, and proactively identifying potential problems to prevent them from arising. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide expert-level support to US Government (USG) and enterprise clients, including technical guidance, training, and issue resolution. * Collaborate with Technical Account Managers (TAMs), Sales and Solutions Architects, and other stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs. * Proactively identify potential issues and provide recommendations to prevent them from arising. * Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's cloud-based platforms, including Amazon EC2 and Amazon S3. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide expert-level support to clients. * Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and provide timely solutions. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration. * 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support or account management capacity. * Strong technical skills, including knowledge of cloud-based platforms, such as Amazon EC2 and Amazon S3. * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects. * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a cloud-based environment, preferably with Amazon Web Services (AWS). * Knowledge of industry-standard tools and technologies, such as AWS CLI, AWS SDKs, and Amazon S3. * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales and marketing tools. * Certification in a related field, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer. * Fluency in multiple languages, including English and Spanish. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical skills, including knowledge of cloud-based platforms, such as Amazon EC2 and Amazon S3. * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects. * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. * Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
