**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll:
* Connect directly with customers via phone, email, or chat, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Conduct thorough research and analysis to determine suitable solutions for customers, think proactively, and schedule follow-up calls as needed.
* Work with empathy, attention to detail, persistence, sympathy, and thoughtfulness to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and partners across various levels of the organization using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, and webcams to foster a culture of cooperation and teamwork.
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate and informed support.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 2 years of customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) as demonstrated in a written evaluation
* Ability to multitask (e.g., handle phone calls while researching on the computer and taking notes) and perform well in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in using computers, both for data entry and navigation through systems and the web to find information to support customers
* Adaptability to changing business needs and flexibility to adjust your schedule and work beyond 40 hours as required
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to pass a background check
**Technical Requirements**
* A dedicated workspace with a large enough area to accommodate computer screens and be free from distractions, including background noise that may impact the customer experience
* A webcam-friendly workspace
* A reliable, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/10 Mbps+ upload speed; you can test your internet speed at speedtest.net or by contacting your internet service provider)
