Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via various channels, including live chat, email, and phone
- Manage sales inquiries, troubleshoot customer problems, and prevent and resolve disputes on platforms such as PayPal and Stripe
- Process orders, create shipping labels using DHL and UPS applications, and calculate product prices
- Create renders and mockup designs using graphic design tools, including Photoshop and Illustrator
- Work with AI tools to create new content and manage social media outreach to influencers
- Conduct follow-up and sales calls to customers and manage social media accounts effectively
- Utilize communication tools such as Slack and Gorgias app to collaborate with team members and manage customer interactions
- Develop and maintain advanced knowledge of Shopify and other digital tools and platforms
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support
- Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2 level)
- Advanced Shopify expertise, including managing and operating Shopify platforms
- Experience with DHL and UPS shipping label applications
- Strong sales abilities and experience in negotiation and dispute resolution
- Advanced proficiency in graphic design tools, including Photoshop and basic skills in Illustrator
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with communication tools such as Slack and Gorgias app
- Ability to manage social media accounts effectively
- High understanding of worldwide addresses and ability to conduct follow-up and sales calls
- Proficiency in creating compelling copy and providing live chat support
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with AI tools to create new content

Working Hours and Time Zone:
