You'll work closely with our veterinary facilities to arrange prescription orders, resolve client issues, and explain request requests. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask will make you a valuable asset to our team. **Key Responsibilities** * Connect directly with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription orders, resolve client issues, and explain request requests * Examine and issue tackle to determine proper solutions for the client and center partners, and follow-up on a case-by-case basis to resolve issues * Complete data entry of prescriptions into arenaflex's healthcare software * Maintain a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders * Work with empathy, attention, patience, compassion, and kindness to clients and partners alike * Work with an eagerness to learn and grow, sharing feedback, receiving feedback, and working in a culture of being open to development * Communicate with veterinary facilities via telephone (at times via different stations on a case-by-case basis) with various topics, primarily using our internal program and systems to explore solutions and record center note accounts, so being meticulous is essential * Expect a significant portion of the typical business day will be outbound veterinary center/client telephone contacts **Essential Qualifications** * 2 years of experience working in a customer or healthcare-centered environment * Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and listening) * Ability to perform multiple tasks (e.g., chat on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes) * Work with ownership, be a self-starter, and stand out to detail * Capability with Microsoft Outlook * High school education or equivalent * Should be able to maintain a Pharmacy Professional License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy where required * Decisive reasoning abilities * Shown ability to perform multiple tasks and perform well in a fast-paced environment * Ability to adjust to change as per the business needs of the organization * Adaptability to move schedule and stay at work longer than required depending on the situation by the specialty unit * Should demonstrate ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive data * Should be able to pass background verification **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Familiarity with healthcare software and systems * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically * Experience working with customers or clients in a customer-facing role **What We Offer** * Competitive salary of $28/hour * Opportunity for wage increases starting after 3 months of service * Environment-controlled climate * Employee 20% Discount Program at arenaflex for all your pet needs * 401(k) with company matching * Group building events and company-supported lunch meetings * Career growth and development opportunities * Protection qualification on the first of the month * Financed child, adult, and pet backup care through Care.com * Discounts on various items through the LifeMart Discount stage **Why Work at arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're passionate about creating a work environment that fosters growth, collaboration, and innovation.
