You'll work closely with our senior leadership team and other stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve our data entry processes, simplify and streamline our procedures, and provide our associates with the tools and resources they need to succeed. **Responsibilities** * Manage third-party administrators (TPAs) by researching and benchmarking new TPAs and business partners, providing analytical support and recommendations to senior management, and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements. * Develop and implement business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, identifying business needs, determining and implementing necessary strategies and practices, and monitoring progress and outcomes. * Manage plan design changes for benefits systems by researching challenge needs, interpreting record layout requirements, and evaluating current system barriers. * Develop and lead business customers through the challenge management system by determining wanted changes and record requirements, ensuring adoption of changes and record requirements, and creating communication plans to announce challenge strategies to leadership, challenge team, and stakeholders. * Demonstrate up-to-date expertise and apply it to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing professional advice and guidance to others, supporting and aligning efforts to meet client and business needs, and building commitment for views and rationales. **Requirements** * 2+ years of experience in data entry, benefits administration, or a related field. * Strong analytical skills, with experience working with large data sets and statistical analysis. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership, TPAs, and other stakeholders. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Experience with benefits administration software and systems, including 401(k) plans and other retirement plans. * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment. * Knowledge of benefits administration software and systems, including 401(k) plans and other retirement plans. * Experience with data analysis and statistical software, such as Excel and Tableau. * Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) plan, and paid time off. * Opportunities for career growth and development, including training and education assistance programs. * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options and flexible hours. * A dynamic and supportive work environment, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data entry and benefits administration, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
