**Job Summary:**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing patient data, prescriptions, and other critical information. You'll work closely with our healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication, data integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Your expertise in data entry, healthcare operations, and customer service will enable you to provide exceptional support to patients, healthcare professionals, and our internal teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Accurately and efficiently process patient data, prescriptions, and other critical information in a timely manner
* Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security in accordance with arenaflex's policies and regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to resolve patient issues, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and data exchange
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance data entry processes, patient experiences, and operational efficiency
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in data entry and healthcare operations
* Provide training and support to new team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
* Current licensure as a pharmacist in the states within the region
* Experience performing data entry exercises that demonstrate a strong understanding of relevant state and federal controlled substance regulations
* Affirmed Immunizer or able to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Proficiency in data entry software and systems, including electronic health records (EHRs)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, laws, and industry standards
* Certification in pharmacy practice, healthcare administration, or a related field
