Key Responsibilities
- Develops and executes strategic plans for assigned regions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
- Leads teams assigned to projects, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Designs, creates, and implements strategies, processes, and frameworks to integrate and analyze diverse data sets, including structured and unstructured data.
- Serves as subject matter expert and may act as point of acceleration, becoming actively involved as needed to meet deadlines and resolve complex issues.
- Proactively identifies and resolves issues, including timely resolution and identification of remediation opportunities.
- Develops software programs, algorithms, dashboards, data tools, and queries to clean, model, integrate, and evaluate datasets.
- Stay up-to-date with new scientific techniques and technologies, applying them to drive business solutions and innovation.
- Collaborates with functional specialty units to drive business solutions and direction.
- Establishes credibility with partners while managing expectations, ensuring regular, consistent, and effective communication with stakeholders.
- May develop and manage budgets for assigned regions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
- Fosters a culture of innovation, encouraging the development and application of best practices and new ideas.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, computational, or technical discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in a work environment.
- At least 2 years of direct management, indirect leadership, and/or cross-functional team leadership experience.
- Profound knowledge of SQL and experience with analytical and statistical programming languages like Python, R, Hadoop, SAS, SPSS, and others.
- Experience establishing and maintaining key relationships with internal and external stakeholders to develop strategies that meet business objectives.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

- Advanced degree in a quantitative, computational, or technical discipline.
- Experience communicating at the executive level.
