**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Strategist to join our team, responsible for driving first-party consumer data collection and activation systems across our digital ecosystem. As a key member of our data team, you'll work closely with cross-functional groups, including Advertising Classifications, IMX Media, Martech, and other brand development teams, to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty across various digital channels.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for gathering, maintaining, and utilizing first-party consumer data across our digital environment.
* Design and enhance data collection structures, including website cookies, customer sign-ups, surveys, and other online interactions, to capture valuable consumer insights.
* Define and execute customized customer journeys across digital ecosystems, ensuring consistency and relevance. Develop end-to-end digital CRM campaigns and create data-driven content strategies that resonate with diverse customer segments.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align first-party consumer data collection and activation strategies with overall business objectives. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages information sharing and cross-functional collaboration.
* Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure data collection practices comply with data protection regulations and industry standards. Implement robust consent management processes to obtain explicit authorization from consumers for data collection and usage.
**Requirements**
* 8-12 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in digital customer engagement or CRM leadership.
* Strong passion for data-driven customer engagement strategies and a commitment to advocating for the best customer experience.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and partners, coordinate efforts, and manage risks in complex situations.
* Proven ability to interpret business goals into meaningful customer engagement strategies.
* Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms, such as Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Campaign. Strong understanding of data analysis, customer segmentation, and targeting approaches.
