As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for driving the development and execution of our customer analytics and insights product strategy. This role requires a unique blend of technical, business, and analytical skills, with a strong focus on customer-centricity and data-driven decision making. **Key Responsibilities** * Drive the development and execution of the Client Investigation Center product strategy, ensuring seamless integration with our customer analytics and insights capabilities. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Designing, Walmart Interface, Information Adventures, Walmart+, and Showcasing, to deliver high-quality customer insights and analytics solutions that meet our customers' evolving needs. * Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of our customer analytics and insights product, ensuring alignment with arenaflex's overall business objectives. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and protection, identifying opportunities for product innovation and differentiation. * Work closely with our Designing and Development teams to ensure that our customer analytics and insights product meets the highest standards of data security and customer protection. * Collaborate with our Data Science team to develop and implement advanced analytics and machine learning capabilities that drive business insights and customer value. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with a minimum of 7 years' experience in product management, or * 9 years' experience in product management or related field, with a strong focus on customer-centricity and data-driven decision making. **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, with a minimum of 6 years' experience as a product manager, preferably leading customer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products. * Experience in developing comprehensive digital experiences, with a strong focus on accessibility and inclusion, including knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and inclusive design principles. * Strong understanding of accessibility best practices and a commitment to creating inclusive products and services that meet arenaflex's accessibility guidelines and standards. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical skills, with a focus on data analytics, machine learning, and software development. * Excellent business acumen, with a deep understanding of customer-centricity and data-driven decision making. * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. * Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights that drive business value. * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty. * Commitment to innovation and continuous learning, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
