**Job Summary:**
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital communication and reputation management team, you'll play a vital role in driving our Leader Interchanges program. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that align with arenaflex's overall goals and objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and create communication materials, including content and messaging strategies.
* Develop and execute plans to ensure consistency of voice across all channels and messages.
* Create engaging narratives that resonate with target audiences, including content development and curation.
* Partner with internal and external stakeholders to meet targets and drive business objectives.
* Utilize specialized skills and knowledge to manage the work of self and others, ensuring adherence to arenaflex principles.
* Develop and implement strategies to address potential reputation risks and opportunities.
* Drive and screen the impact of and reactions to communication efforts, making data-driven decisions to inform proactive methodologies.
* Collaborate with others to develop and execute measures to assess the effectiveness of communication efforts and drive improvements.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
* 4+ years of experience in Communications, Marketing, Field Activities, Program Management, or related fields.
* Ability to meet arenaflex, client, and government security screening requirements, including Microsoft Cloud Personal investigation.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* 6+ years of experience in Communications, Marketing, Field Activities, Program Management, or related fields.
* 4+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in a chief communications role.
* 4+ years of experience working with social media platforms.
* 4+ years of experience working in technology.
