As a key member of our Deals and Channel Strategy and Operations team, you'll play a crucial role in developing and delivering new sales enablement experiences for our staff and clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a pivotal new tool for clients and sales staff to enhance the sales experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Channel Projects Development and Customer Deals Enablement
- Map out the client journey and work with program managers to meet goals
- Orchestrate content from various sources and develop a style guide
- Maintain a library of all association content and monitor performance
- Participate in fast prototyping and testing
- Develop innovative solutions with IT and Product Management teams to drive sales and improve customer experience
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
- 8+ years of experience working with content improvement teams and local partners
- Proven experience in content optimization through UI/UX and digital marketing
- In-depth knowledge of Blithequark's products, features, and applications
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate metrics into effective content strategies
- Experience with content management tools, including Adobe Experience Director
- Adaptability, flexibility, and ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust
