Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Manage and maintain client accounts, processing charges and payments with precision using QuickBooks and Excel.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and promptly resolve any discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Generate detailed financial reports, summaries, and spreadsheets as required.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
- Client Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally with clients about account-related matters.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and accurate financial processes.
Requirements
