Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience required
- 1-2 years of healthcare experience desired
- Inbound call center experience preferred
- Ability to type a minimum of 25 wpm
- Excellent organizational and computer skills, with the ability to multi-task while speaking with patients
- Professional, courteous telephone voice
- Dependable, reliable, and trustworthy
Preferred qualifications include:
- Bilingual skills, with the ability to converse in Spanish and document in English simultaneously
- Experience working in a medical office, clinic, or call center environment
- Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and regulations
