Key Responsibilities

• Business Development Outreach: Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals through daily regular remote communication methods to drive new client referrals.
• Client Acquisition: Handle inquiries from prospective leads, convert them into clients, and perform new client intakes.
• Marketing Support: Post ads, create social media posts, blogs, and podcasts, and support other marketing activities to promote our In-Home Care services.
• Customer Service: Answer telephone calls, provide excellent customer service, and update records and prepare reports as needed.
• Office Coordination: Perform various office coordination duties, including managing caregiver recruitment and other administrative tasks.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a professional office work environment.
• Hands-on computer experience with Microsoft Office, web applications, and scheduling tools.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with crystal clear phone call voice quality.
• Strong work ethics, respectful and professional attitude towards work.
• US Citizen or proof of work authorization required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a homecare setting with strong references.
• Active or retired healthcare professionals with a strong background in marketing or sales.

As a 100% remote team, we offer the flexibility to work from anywhere in the US. You will need to have a reliable high-speed internet connection and be available to work weekdays between the hours of 10am - 3pm West Coast Time as per an assigned part-time schedule.
