**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced HR Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you'll be responsible for providing clerical support, organizing employee records, and ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. **Key Responsibilities**
* Organize and audit employee files to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards
* Upload and manage employee documents on ADP's Document Cloud from our SharePoint site
* Develop and implement efficient processes for file management and retrieval
* Reorganize HR administrative electronic folders and establish a consistent naming convention for easy file access
* Ability to find and organize both paper and online documents relating to employees and HR processes
* Collaborate with HR staff to identify and address any discrepancies or gaps in documentation
* Communicate progress and updates to the HR team regularly
**Essential Qualifications**
* Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role, with a focus on file organization and compliance
* Familiarity with SharePoint is essential
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Exceptionally detail-oriented yet fast-paced
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Good communication skills to liaise effectively with HR team members
* Creative problem-solver with a fast-learning ability and adaptability to new systems
* Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices is preferred
* Ability to work independently with little supervision or guidance while managing multiple tasks
* Proven clerical or administrative skills
* Proficient and comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software
* Knowledge of rules, standards, and online security regarding file organization and maintenance
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in HR administration or a similar role
* Experience with ADP-HR systems
* Familiarity with data entry and document management software
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
