**Job Description**
As an Inbound Customer Support Representative, you will assist our Property Managers with the general administration of tenants, properties, and answer phone calls, prioritizing calls for the property managers to speak with both current and prospective residents. You will also monitor regulatory compliance and company policies and procedures related to property management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Live answer all inbound calls for our property management division during normal office hours
* Pre-screening inbound calls based on motivation level and property details in an effort to schedule appointments
* Fulfill tasks as requested
* Enter all calls are logged and routed to the appropriate team member
* Monitor regulatory compliance and company policies and procedures related to property management
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Previous customer service experience, with telephone experience preferred
