About the Role We're seeking highly motivated and experienced customer care specialists to work in a remote setting, where you will have the autonomy to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, resolving issues, and providing top-notch service that drives customer retention and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Answering inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner, responding to inquiries, and resolving complaints in a timely and effective way. - Focusing on customer retention by providing personalized support, addressing concerns, and offering tailored solutions that meet their needs. - Communicating arenaflex's service standards, policies, and procedures to customers, ensuring they are informed and empowered to make informed decisions. - Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management, ensuring prompt attention and resolution. - Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring customers receive the support they need in a timely and efficient manner. - Following up on complicated customer calls, providing additional support and ensuring issues are fully resolved. - Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including call notes, reports, and updates in our CRM system. - Obtaining and evaluating relevant data to handle and document complaints and inquiries, ensuring that all issues are thoroughly investigated and resolved. - Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, providing valuable insights that inform our customer service strategies. - Performing other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and needs. Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: - A High School Diploma or GED, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to learning. - Bilingual skills, which are highly desirable, as they enable you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of customers. - Some sales and customer service experience, which has equipped you with the skills and confidence to handle a variety of customer interactions. - Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication, with proper grammar and a professional tone. - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn new software applications. - Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously. - Some experience with MS Excel, which is a plus, as it enables you to analyze data, track metrics, and inform customer service strategies. - The ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations, remaining composed and professional under pressure.
