Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains Developer to join our elite IT team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, enhancing, and supporting the Dynamics GP environment. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, enhance, and support the Dynamics GP environment to meet the needs of our clients.
- Work closely with senior operational leaders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Collaborate with a team of developers to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Design, develop, and test custom solutions using Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system performance issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
- Document and maintain design documentation, including process flows, data flows, and system interactions.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Essential Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on development experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains.
- 2+ years of experience with MS SQL Server or Oracle.
- Experience with GP Accounting and Inventory modules.
- Experience supporting Great Plains Implementations/Upgrades.
- Ability to run development testing for Great Plains.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge or exposure to Veeva RIM Submission/Archive, Publishing, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in a life science or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
- Experience in a regulatory environment is required.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- High-level exposure or knowledge about FDA inspection and internal audit process.
