Responsibilities
As an Outpatient Therapist with Mindpath Health, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. Here are just a few of your key responsibilities:
- Evaluate, Diagnose, and Treat Mental Health Conditions: Use your clinical expertise to evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.
- Utilize EHR and Technology Platforms: Stay up-to-date with the latest technology platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems, and use them to streamline your workflow and improve patient care.
- Collaborate with Other Clinicians: Work with a team of psychiatrists, APPs, and therapists to provide comprehensive care to our patients, and enjoy a collaborative environment that fosters growth and innovation.
- Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Use your clinical expertise to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient, and work with patients to achieve their goals and improve their mental health.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:
- Active License: Hold an active license in the state where you'll be practicing (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LISW).
- Experience in Mental Health: Have experience working in mental health, either as a therapist or in a related field.
- Strong Clinical Skills: Possess strong clinical skills, including the ability to evaluate, diagnose, and treat mental health conditions.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with patients, families, and other clinicians.
