**Job Summary**
As a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customers with their post-purchase needs, from tracking orders to checking order status and more. **Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases
* Assisting customers with tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs
* Using your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues
* Helping de-escalate frustrated customers with empathy and professionalism
* Occasionally assisting with upselling or cross-selling when appropriate and necessary
**What We're Looking For**
We're looking for compassionate and patient individuals with excellent communication and soft skills. If you have:
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for de-escalating upset customers
* Experience in customer service or call centers (training will be provided)
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* The ability to accurately type at least 30 WPM
* High-speed internet access with download speeds of 10mbps+, upload speeds of 3mbps+, and a ping of less than 175ms
* A secured workspace with a door that is only accessible to you during work hours
* Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology (preferred)

To be considered for this role, you must:
* Be at least 18 years old
* Have a high school diploma or equivalent
* Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
* Have at least six months of experience in customer service
* Meet the technical requirements outlined above
* Be flexible with at least 40 hours of availability per week (at least 8 of those hours on one weekend day)
* Work at least 16 hours per week, working no more than 29 hours per week
* Reside in one of our US hiring zones (excluding AK, CA, HI, MA, IL, MT, and NY, and the following metro areas: Minneapolis, Chicago, New York City Metro, Portland, Montgomery County, Seattle, and Denver)
