Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Part-Time Insurance Agent to join our team in Chennai. Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and sell LIC insurance products to potential customers, leveraging your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Develop and maintain a strong customer base, providing personalized service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
- Collaborate with our team to share best practices, provide feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes.
Commission Structure
We offer a competitive commission structure, with incentives for outstanding performance. Our commission cycle is bi-monthly, with payments made on the 1st and 16th of every month. The commission rates vary depending on the product term, as follows:
- For policies with terms of more than 15 years: 25% + 10% (bonus) commission for all first-year premiums, then 7.5% each in the second and third years, followed by 5% every year throughout the policy term.
- Term 10-14 years: 20% + 8% (bonus) for 1st-year premium, then 7.5% each in the second and third years, followed by 5% every year throughout the policy term.
- Term 5-9 years: 10% + 4% (bonus) for 1st-year premium, then 5% every year throughout the policy term.
- In other terms, the commission is based on the products.
