Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously, ensuring that each customer receives prompt and courteous service.

- Document and track customer interactions and resolutions accurately, ensuring that all customer interactions are recorded and easily accessible.

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in customer service or live chat support is preferred, but not required.
