Job Summary and Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist at Walgreens, you will be responsible for inputting and updating data in our systems with precision, verifying and correcting data discrepancies, and ensuring data integrity and security. You will also collaborate with team members to streamline processes, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy. Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Data Entry and Management: Input and update data in our systems with precision, speed, and accuracy, and review and verify data for completeness and correctness.
- Data Quality and Integrity: Verify and correct data discrepancies, ensure data integrity and security, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with team members to streamline processes, communicate effectively with colleagues, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Time Management and Organization: Meet deadlines, maintain a high level of accuracy, and demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency.
- Technical Skills: Excellent typing skills (at least 40-50 words per minute) and attention to detail, as well as familiarity with data entry software and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
